Echoes Of Forlorn Tales

Echoes Of Forlorn Tales is a thematic album: an anthology of tales inspired by classic fairy tales (European and otherwise) that wants to represent at the same time an anthology of those melodic power metal sounds that made us fall in love with music as kids.

An attempt to evoke both the sensations of our first metal listening sessions as well as those associated with the first tales that, as children, ‘weaned’ us off and instilled in us the first example of a passion for fantasy, fantastic and fairytale themes, all of which we sought, both lyrically and musically, to evolve through an understanding and point of view more typical of adulthood and influences musically foreign to the more stringent canons of power metal such as classical music, progressive rock and classic rock of the 1970s or more traditional heavy metal.

Echoes Of Forlorn Tales has been recorded, mixed and mastered by Alex Di Nunzio at NMG Recording Studio, Palestrina (Roma).
